🎯 I. RATIONALE & OPERATIONAL OBJECTIVES

  1. Policy & Pedagogical Foundation:
    • Aligned with the UNESCO AI Competency Framework for Students (2024) and national guidelines on digital competence development and governed AI adoption in secondary schools.
    • Promotes student agency, hands-on STEM project learning, and institutional academic integrity.
  2. Funding Objectives:
    • Empower students to independently plan, govern, and execute major school initiatives:
      • Organize a 4-session peer-to-peer AI safety workshop series led by the student core team for the wider student body.
      • Host the School-Wide Safe AI Hackathon bringing together 80–100 students (20 teams) alongside teachers and parent observers.
      • Package all learning resources into free Open Educational Resources (OER) for transfer to partner schools from 2027 onward.

The student team designed 5 flexible funding scenarios from MVP to Optimal to provide school leadership with strategic budgeting flexibility:
